Good for a light lunch or appetizer...easy to make and helps if you've got an upset stomach- make sure to use Mishima or any Miso that is UNsalted!!

Recipe Ingredients for Heavenly Veggie Spice Miso

3 clove Garlic
4 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
0.5 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Curry Powder
0.2 oz Peppers
0.5 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella

Recipe Directions for Heavenly Veggie Spice Miso

  1. Boil 2 cups of water with 1 tbsp of miso

  2. chop 3 cloves of garlic and place in boiling water

  3. while waiting to boil, chop 4 stalks of raw asparagus

  4. chop 3 cloves of garlic and place in boiling water

  5. chop 1/2 cup of mushrooms

  6. chop cup of shallots/green onions

  7. pour miso into bowl and place all said raw chopped veggies into your bowl

  8. add tsp of curry, paprika and ground chilli peppers.

  9. Use a small spoon to make it last
