Recipe Ingredients for Heavenly Breakfast Quinoa

1/4 cup quinoa
1 banana
2 tsp peanut butter
1 tbsp flax seed
2 tbsp soy milk

Recipe Directions for Heavenly Breakfast Quinoa

  1. Cook quinoa.

  2. Mash the banana right in your breakfast bowl with a fork and then stir in the peanut butter.

  3. Stir in the quinoa and flax seeds and then add soymilk to taste.

  4. This can be eaten cold or hot.
