Recipe Ingredients for Heather's simple cole slaw

1 head of cabbage
2 carrots
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
4 tablespoons of organic sugar
4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Heather's simple cole slaw

  1. shred cabbage and carrots. Mix chopped onions, shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.

  2. in a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.

  3. pour over and mix into shredded cabbage.

  4. you can serve immediately or refrigerate overnight for a more marinated cole slaw.
