Chilli I'm coming up with on the fly for tonight's dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Heather's From Scratch Veggie Chilli

2 cups Dry black beans
2 cups Dry kidney beans
2 large sweet onions (chopped)
2 cups fresh tomato (chopped)
3 tsp Salt
1 cup white corn kernels
2 cups yellow squash (chopped)
1 cup fresh green beans
12 ounce tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Heather's From Scratch Veggie Chilli

  1. Cook beans together until soft (~3 hours in crock pot)

  2. Add in all the other ingredients as well as a list of seasonings that i will add when I decide on them. Cook for another 30 min or until onions are clear. I'm going to serve this in a bread bowl with a sprinkle of extra sharp cheddar.
