Yum Pico...I didn't really no what the ratio's were suppose to be but it is good and spicy! I didn't have lime juice so I used lemon

Recipe Ingredients for Heather's Pico de Gallo

1 3/4 cup Tomato
3/4 cup red onion
1 1/2 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup cilantro
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tspn lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Heather's Pico de Gallo

  1. Chop up and mix~

  2. Let sit in the fridge for about an hour for the flavour to mingle!
