a non dairy pound cake I made because I had to use some coconut pudding mix I made that didn't congeal

Recipe Ingredients for heather's non dairy pound cake

6 eggs
3 cups flour
3 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups rice milk
1/2 cup coconut

Recipe Directions for heather's non dairy pound cake

  1. beat sugar and butter together with a mixer

  2. gradually add 6 eggs one at a time

  3. after well blended, add flour and pudding mix or (rice milk) alternating until blended.

  4. add vanilla and almond extracts.

  5. pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan

  6. bake a 350 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
