Recipe Ingredients for Heather's Neatloaf

16 oz Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
0.75 cup TVP
1 large Egg, Whole
0.33 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 slice Bread, Reduced-calorie, Wheat

Recipe Directions for Heather's Neatloaf

Soak TVP in 3/4 c. hot water (add beef stock or bouillion cube for flavoring) until soft. Add the remaining ingredients and seasonings to taste. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
