1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
16 oz raw Organic Grass-Fed Lean Ground Beef
10 tbsp Tomato Paste Product
434 grams Hunts Tomato Sauce
12 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Heather's Healthy Chili

Cook beans and beef in water. When beans are tender, add tomato paste and sauce. Add your favorite salt-free seasoning and some nutritional yeast.
