Recipe Ingredients for Heather's Ground Beef Stew

16 oz 85% Lean Ground Beef, Fresh
3 medium Carrots
2 cup chopped raw Yukon Gold Potatoes
4 tbsp chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
0.1 cup Tomato Products
0.8 serving Sam Adams - 16 oz
0.5 cup White Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Directions for Heather's Ground Beef Stew

Brown ground beef into big chunks. Add 1 cup water, onion, garlic, and celery (also add any spices you desire) and cook until onion is soft. Add tomato paste in one more cup of water. Boil. Add beer, one more cup of water and veggies. Cook until tender then add flour to thicken.
