Tasty granola, good with fresh fruit and yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for Heather's Granola

3 cups oats (not the quick cooking ones)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
3/4 cup almonds (i usually so a mixture of whole and slivered)
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Heather's Granola

  1. Mix dry & wet ingredients until thoroughly coated.

  2. Spread granola on a large baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. Do not overcook (don't let it get too brown)...it will continue to crisp when out of the oven.
