12 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 medium Carrots
2/3 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
1 can (10.75 oz) Soup, Cream Of Chicken

Recipe Directions for Heather's Chicken and Rice

Cut up carrot and chicken into bite-size pieces, add with all other ingredients in a dutch oven, season to taste, and cook on medium to medium-high heat until done, around 15-20 minutes.
