Recipe Ingredients for Heather's black bean brownies

15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
3/8 cup splenda
3/8 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce, no sugar added
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Heather's black bean brownies

  1. Rinse and drain the beans like crazy.

  2. Put everything but the chips into the blender and blend like crazy.

  3. Spray pam into a glass 8x8 baking dish.

  4. Pour batter into prepared dish and sprinkle the chips on top.

  5. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
