Really easy. Make the dressing ahead. 1 tbls = 0.5 oz

Recipe Ingredients for Heather's Awesome Salad

3 tbls olive oil
3 tbls rice vinegar
2 tbls red wine vinegar
1 dash of balsamic vinegar
1 dash of oregano
1 dash of parsley
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of onions
1/2 cup of red peppers
1 cup of tomatoes
1 head of lettuce

Recipe Directions for Heather's Awesome Salad

  1. Mix olive oil, vinegars oregano and parsley in a container with a lid.

  2. Cut cheddar cheese, onions, red peppers and tomatoes into cubes.

  3. Wash and dry lettuce.

  4. Combine all but the dressing.

  5. Shake dressing well then pour over salad.
