This thing won't let me input for reduced fat cheese or sour cream or refried beans. This is way healthier, but it won't let me put it in that way. Stupid. Thing.

1 whole wheat pita
1/4 c refried beans
1/4 c light cheddar cheese
1/2 c lettuce, shredded
2 T green onions
2 T light sour cream

  1. Toast pita in toaster oven.

  2. Spread beans over pita,

  3. Add cheese on to beans.

  4. Toast till cheese is melted

  5. Top with lettuce, green onions, and sour cream.
