Recipe Ingredients for Heather Leigh's Brown Rice Pilaf

1 c brown rice
2 large carrots, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
3 1/2 c water
1 T garlic, minced
1 3/4 c peas

  1. Finely chop the carrots and pepper. Mince garlic.

  2. Put all ingredients in a pan.

  3. Cook until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally.
