Recipe Ingredients for Hearty Venison Stew (Crock-Pot)

1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
24 oz Venison
1 1/4 cup, chopped Onions
24 tsp Tapioca
7 serving Diced Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Cloves, Ground
1/4 oz Bay Leaves
3 tsp Sea Salt
3 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Hearty Venison Stew (Crock-Pot)

  1. 1.5 to 2 lbs venison, cubed;

  2. 5 carrots (1 cup) 1" pieces;

  3. 1 large onion (1.25 - 1.75 cups, Chunked)

  4. 3 stalks of celery (1 cup, sliced)

  5. 1 1lb 2oz can tomatoes

  6. 1/2 cup quick-cooking tapioca

  7. 1 whole clove

  8. 2 bay leaves

  9. Trim all fat from meat

  10. Put all ingredients in Crock-Pot

  11. Mix thoughly;

  12. Cover and cook on low 12 hours or high 5 to 6 hours
