Recipe Ingredients for Hearty Hippie Loaf


Ingredients:
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 large carrot, skinned and shredded
2 celery stalks, washed and shredded
1 cup mushrooms, coarsly chopped brown
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 tbsp italian seasoning
3 tbsp brown rice flour (or whole wheat if you prefer)
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Hearty Hippie Loaf

  1. Directions:

  2. 1. Preheat oven 350F and grease your pan

  3. 2. Mash black beans in a large bowl

  4. 3. Combine all ingredients, stirring until even

  5. 4. Pour into pan and using a spatula, pat down firmly and tightly

  6. 5. Bake 35 minutes for minis, 45-1 hour for regular loaves

  7. 6. Serve with your favorite gravy if desired
