Recipe Ingredients for Hearty, Healthy Pancakes

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup flour, whole wheat
1 cup flour, all purpose
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
2 oz vanilla essence
2 eggs, large, raw
1 3/4 cups milk, non fat
1 tsp cinnamon
5 oz maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Hearty, Healthy Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl

  3. Now pour wet onto dry.

  4. Mix thoroughly.

  5. Let stand for half an hour.

  6. Mix again.

  7. Cook on hot griddle with oil spray only.

  8. Serve with maple syrup.
