Recipe Ingredients for Hearty Grain Quick Loaf

2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 packet In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
3 tsp Baking Powder
0.75 tsp Sea Salt
1.5 cup Organic Fat Free Milk
3 tbsp Coconut Oil, Refined, Organic
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Hearty Grain Quick Loaf

  1. Grease bottom of 8-inch round cake pan

  2. In large bowl, combine flour and whole wheat flour, oats, stevia, baking powder and salt; mix well.

  3. In small bowl, combine milk, oil (melt first) and egg; beat well. Add to dry ingredients all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.

  4. Spread dough in greased pan.

  5. Bake at 350F for 42 - 47 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  6. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. Serve warm

  7. High altitudes - above 3500 feet: spread dough in greased 9 inch round cake pan. Bake as directed above.
