Great Chili, hearty and spicy Makes a BIG pot.

Recipe Ingredients for Hearty Chili

32 oz Organic Black Bean Chili
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
16 oz Lean Ground Pork
4 cup Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow

Recipe Directions for Hearty Chili

Saute chopped Pepper, Onions, and Garlic in Olive oil, add chilli powder to pork and brown meat. Add all into one pot and simmer for 30-45 mins, Add Chili powder and Cumin to taste before simmering.Add Corn at the end to add a sweetness to the dish. Also good in crock pot.
