Recipe Ingredients for Hearty Chili

1 cup diced tomatoes, no salt added
1 cup water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup parsley
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 pound turkey breast, ground

Recipe Directions for Hearty Chili

Brown 1 pound of ground turkey breast. Add water, vegetables, and seasonings. Mix well and simmer for at least one hour. Add hot pepper sauce or crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
