Hearty Cheesy Broccoli and Vegetable soup. Makes 12 one cup servings! Very Filling!

Recipe Ingredients for Hearty Chicken broccoli and Vegetable Soup

8 tbsp Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
40 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
5 slice Deli Deluxe Cheese
8 oz Cheddar Chunk Cheese - Mild / Medium / Sharp /
1 1/2 oz Carrots
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
40 oz Broccoli
2 1/2 oz White Onion
5 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Spices Ground White Pepper

Recipe Directions for Hearty Chicken broccoli and Vegetable Soup

  1. saute onions in butter add garlic. Add 3/4 of the broccoli and the chicken broth until tender.

  2. The other 1/4 of the broccoli and the celery should be cut into bite size pieces and microwaved with water until tender.

  3. Using a stick blender, blend the broccoli on the stove with the onions. Add the other vegetables. Then add the cheese and season to taste. Add cooked chicken at the end. I boil my chicken while the broccoli is cooking.
