Recipe Ingredients for Hearts of Palm and Tomato Basil Salad

16 oz hearts of palm, canned
8 oz tomato
1/4 c (Compliments) vinegar, red wine
1/2 c rice vinegar
2 tsp fresh garlic, minced
6 tsp Splenda no calorie
1 tbsp basil, dried

Recipe Directions for Hearts of Palm and Tomato Basil Salad

  1. Halve grape tomatoes

  2. slice whole hearts of palm in even rounds

  3. add vinegars, Splenda, and dried basil

  4. mix and allow to sit minimum of 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in fridge before serving

  5. serve with slotted spoon to drain dressing

  6. can add 2 oz slivered red or yellow onion at start
