Recipe Ingredients for Hearts of Palm

2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
28 oz of hearts of palm
2 tbsp chopped chives

Recipe Directions for Hearts of Palm

Whisk lemon juice, mustard, and garlic in a large bowl. Continuing to whisk, add oil in a slow and steady stream. Add hearts of palm and chives and toss to combine. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
