Vegetable Blend with Red potatoes and special sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Heartland Vegetable Bake

4 serving Red potatoes
3 serving Normandy-Style Vegetable Blend
3 serving Golden Soft Light Margarine
0.1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
12 fl oz Milk
2 tsp Vegetable Base
3 dash Pepper, Black
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style

Recipe Directions for Heartland Vegetable Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Microwave diced potatoes for 9 minutes.

  3. Pour frozen vegetables over potatoes.

  4. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in sauce pan. Add 2 tablespoon flour.

  5. Stiring constantly for 30 seconds.

  6. Add evaporated milk, bouillon, and pepper seasoning cook for 4 minutes stirring occassionly.

  7. Pour sauce over vegetables.

  8. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and add to bread crumbs, mix well and crumble on top of veggies.
