0.25 cup Orange Juice
4 oz Pecans, Dry Roasted
1 miniature box (.5 oz) Raisins, Seedless
5 oz Mandarin Oranges
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 oz Mint
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
