100 % whole wheat with a little maple favor. No sugar added. Great for omega 3. Low in sodium. High in Fiber.

Recipe Ingredients for Heart healthy bread

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
3 cup 100 % whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tbs yeast
3/4 cup fat free milk
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Heart healthy bread

Dissolve Yeast in two tablespoon of water. Warm milk up. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add additional flour or warm water as needed. Dough should be firm but easy to knead. The dough should be coming away from the bowl. place dough in a greased bowl and cover for about a hour. then role dough in a log. Place in a bread pan and cover. Let raise til the dough poofs over the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Cover with foil after 20 minutes to prevent over cooking on top. Remove from oven when done. Flip bread out and let cool.
