Recipe Ingredients for Heart Healthy Bean Burgers

1.75 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1/4 cup Organic Whole Oat Groats
1/4 cup Organic Whole Oat Groats
2.5 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
8 tbsp Salsa
2 tbsp Flaxseed
2 serving Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Heart Healthy Bean Burgers

Cook the oat groats in 1/2 cup water. Add the cooked groats, oatmeal, cooked beans, salsa, salt, and flax together in the food processor. Mix till well combined. Make patties of 1/2 cup of the dough. Place patties on a non-stick baking sheet; bake at 400 F for 10 minutes, then turn and bake another 10 minutes.
