chocolate pudding made with no heavy cream, whole milk, egg yolks or refined sugars. can easily be made vegan by substituting in dairy free chocolate chips!

Recipe Ingredients for healthy(er) chocolate pudding

1 oz Organic Raw Cashews Nuts
12 fl oz Original
4 tbsp Raw Honey
0.25 cup Cornstarch
8 tbsp Organic Dark Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for healthy(er) chocolate pudding

  1. soak 1/4 cup cashews for a few hours.

  2. mix 3 T cornstarch, 1.5 c milk and 1/4 c honey and boil until thick.

  3. blend together cashews, 1/2 c chocolate chips and milk mixture.

  4. pour into ramekins. sprinkle with course sea salt. refrigerate for 2 hours.
