Part whole wheat flour, applesauce instead of oil, and granulated splenda for the sugar, egg beaters. Left in the walnuts, but hey, it's still dang healthier than the regular!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Zucchini Bread

1/2 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup egg beaters
1 1/8 cup splenda no calorie
1/2 cup apples, sauced
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup zuchinni, grated
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Healthy Zucchini Bread

  1. 325 degree oven

  2. sift the dry, mix the wet, add the zuchinni and walnuts

  3. grease and flour the pan (s), bake until done, maybe 30 minutes?
