Recipe Ingredients for healthy wrap

1 serving La Banderita Soft Taco Low carb low fat
7.5 g Real Mayonnaise
26 grams Whole Black Beans
13 grams kroger reduced fat fiesta blend cheese
3 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
26 grams Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 tsp Mustard

Recipe Directions for healthy wrap

  1. warm up left over rice, black beans, and cut up chicken from previous night, for about 2 minutes.

  2. place mayo on wrap, and cheese.

  3. put warm ingredients over cheese, and wrap.

  4. Use mustard to dip, and enjoy!
