Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Waldorf Salad

1 1/2 medium apple Apples
1 1/2 Apple Red Delicious Apples
1 cup, diced Celery
2 oz Light 'n Fit Nonfat Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Healthy Waldorf Salad

  1. Mix together:

  2. 2 cups (2 med to large) diced apples ? green/red

  3. 1 cup of diced celery

  4. 1/3 to cup chopped walnuts

  5. 1/3 to cup raisins

  6. Mix together:

  7. 2 heaping tablespoons yougurt

  8. 2 tablespoons of Cool Whip Free

  9. 1-2 tsp honey (or Splenda if you prefer)

  10. Dash of lemon juice
