Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Waldorf Salad

1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 cup chopped boneless skinless chicken breast
1 apple
1/2 cup seedless grapes
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup raw almonds

Recipe Directions for Healthy Waldorf Salad

  1. Combine chicken with apple, raisins, and almond pieces.

  2. In a small bowl, stir yogurt and juice together. Pour over chicken mixture and toss well to coat. Chill for at least one hour.
