4 egg whites
1 3/4 cup almond breeze
1/3 cup nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour
2 cups wheat bran
1/2 cup Splenda no calorie sweetener
4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Healthy Waffles

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add rest of wet ingredients. Combine dry. Mix JUST until moistened. Spray waffle iron with Pam Spray. Makes 12 waffles.
