A super way to use veggies and eggs. Lots of vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy veggie and turkey quiche

1 frozen pie crust
1 egg
3 large egg white
2/3 chopped onion
1/3 chopped red pepper
3/4 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup skim milk
1/5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 oz Deli Sliced Turkey Breast

Recipe Directions for Healthy veggie and turkey quiche

Chop all veggies and shred the deli turkey. In separate bowl, beat eggs, whites, and milk. Then add the chopped veggies and mix well. Pour into pie crust. Cook at 350 for around 40 to 45 minutes, adding the cheese the last 10 minutes. Let stand for about 10 minutes.
