Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Veggie Stir-Fry

2 cup, chopped Cabbage
8 oz Carrots
1 cup, sliced Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 tsp Ginger Root
2 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Tofu, Firm
1 cup raw Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Healthy Veggie Stir-Fry

Heat vegetable oil in wok until shimmering. Add garlic, onions, and carrots, and stir-fry until they start to brown. Add remaining vegetables and ginger. Cook until everything is well-browned, then add the tofu, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir till the tofu is heated through, then serve over brown rice.
