Low cal, healthy vegie soup...very filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Veggie soup

3 carrots, raw medium sized and diced
3 tomatoes, medium sized sliced
1 onion,medium sized diced
1 cup green cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup cauliflower florets, chopped
1/2 cup spinach,washed and chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp cinnamon
5 black pepper, whole
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
3 cups of water

Recipe Directions for Healthy Veggie soup

  1. put all the ingredients together in a saucepan and simmer on medium flame for 30 minutes

  2. blend in a mixie

  3. season with salt and black pepper powder.
