Recipe Ingredients for healthy vegetable noodles

0.25 cup Baby Corn - (Whole
1 cup Noodles, Egg
0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms
0.25 cup, grated Carrots
4 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for healthy vegetable noodles

  1. boil noodles and drain.

  2. quickly fry the mushrooms, carrot and baby corn in fry light (1 cal frying spray)

  3. add the noodles and the soy sauce.

  4. add garlic powder and grated ginger to taste.
