Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Vegan Banana Bread

1 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
2 cups soy flour
1 tablespoon apple butter
3 bananas
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
0.33 cup walnuts
1/5 cup cashews
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Healthy Vegan Banana Bread

  1. Mix all the ingredients except for the nuts and cranberries with a hand-mixer.

  2. Mix in the nuts and cranberries by hand.

  3. Bake in loaf-pan for 70 minutes at 350˙
