Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Turkey Soft Tacos

20 oz ground turkey
1 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
1 tomato, diced
1 cup lettuce, shredded
5 whole wheat tortillas

Recipe Directions for Healthy Turkey Soft Tacos

  1. Cook ground turkey as directed on package

  2. wrap all meat, cheese, and vegetables in tortilla

  3. put in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 to melt everything together and crisp the tortilla if you wish

  4. add any toppings, ie- fat free sour cream (not added in calorie analysis)
