Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Turkey Loaf

1 serving 99% Egg Product (Stater Bros.)
23 oz Ground Turkey Breast 99% Fat Free (Trader Joe's)
2.5 serving Sourdough Wheat Sandwich Loaf (Trader Joe's)
3 tbsp chopped Onions
1.5 oz Green Bell Pepper
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Healthy Turkey Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Reserve 1/4 cup marinara sauce and green olives (4). Mix remaining ingrediants together. Shape into a loaf and put in loaf pan or 8 x 8 pan. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

  3. Spread 1/4 cup marinara sauce on top of loaf. Cut 4 green olives into slices and layer on top of sauce. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
