1 medium carrot Organics Carrots
1 serving raw Scallion
1 med stalks Organic Celery Hearts
2 tbs Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Healthy Tuna Salad

  1. Drain tuna and crumble with a fork. Slice Stalk of Celery, Shave Carrot.... Add two tablespoons of Low Fat Mayo Mix

  2. Slice Half of a red pepper but on top

  3. Enjoy
