Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Tuna Casserole

6 oz Tuna, White, Canned In Water
1 cup Peas, Green
1 cup Onions
3 ounces Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne Rigate Pasta
10 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 tablespoons Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
1 cup Low Fat, Cheddar Or Colby Cheese

Recipe Directions for Healthy Tuna Casserole

  1. Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)

  3. oz tuna in water, drained

  5. cup peas, frozen, cooked and drained

  6. 1/2

  7. cup onion, chopped

  8. 3 1/2

  9. ounces (dry) Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blended Pasta, cooked & drained

  10. 10 3/4

  11. oz can Campbell's 98% Fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup

  13. tablespoons breadcrumbs

  14. 1/2

  15. cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded

  16. Directions

  18. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  20. Spray 8X8 inch or 1 quart casserole dish with Pam cooking spray.

  21. 3.

  22. Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs and cheese and pour into sprayed dish. Sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs and then evenly with cheddar cheese.

  24. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
