this is a per serving recipe ... I have 4 little plastic containers which i fill up at the beginning of the week to put in my in my lunch throughout the week, I usually eat a small apple with it and sometimes a small yogurt as well.

0.5 oz Raw Almonds
0.25 oz Walnut Halves
0.13 cup Multi Grain Cheerios

  1. just measure and put it together ... can used any type of cheerio you want ...

  2. a few mini wheats (6) or some shreddies would also work.
