1 slice low fat cheddar cheese
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/2 avocado
1 slice extra lean ham
1/2 cup rocket
2 slices bread

Recipe Directions for Healthy Toasted Sandwich

  1. toast bread.

  2. spread avocado on one slice of bread.

  3. put cheese, ham and tomato on other slice.

  4. bring them together to form a sandwich.

  5. put it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, or until cheese has melted.

  6. add rocket and serve. makes one sandwich.
