Makes 15 servings



No flour, no sugar, and super easy to make. Can use either soy or almond milk.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Sugarless Choco Chip Cookies

2 bananas
1/3 c. Unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c. Soy milk
2 c. Oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. Semisweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Healthy Sugarless Choco Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mash 2 ripe bananas on a plate and then add to mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, saving oats and chocolate chips for last.

  3. Grease cookie sheet with a basic cooking spray and scoop mixture onto cookie sheet in clumps. Bake 15-20 minutes.

  4. Makes approximately 30 cookies.
