A different twist on oatmeal raisin cookies.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Steel Cut Oatmeal Cookies

1/2 cup raw sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup salted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup steel cut oats
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 heaping teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup craisins

Recipe Directions for Healthy Steel Cut Oatmeal Cookies

Combine all ingredients in blender. Mix until well blended. Use cookie dropper to drop small balls of dough on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
