Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Steak Stroganoff

1 cup Health Request Cream of Mush
2 tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 cup Sour Cream
9 oz Sliced Mushrooms
1 lb Steak
2 tbsp Minced Parsley

Recipe Directions for Healthy Steak Stroganoff

  1. Mix dry ingredients in crock pot, add meat stir to coat it.

  2. Add in soup and 1/2-3/4 can water.

  3. Add drained mushrooms after 3 hours.

  4. Add sour cream and minced parsley 10 minutes before serving.

  5. Serve w/ brown rice or egg noodles.
