Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 garlic cloves, crushed
14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry

Recipe Directions for Healthy Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, and next 6 ingredients (through spinach) in a large bowl.

  3. Stir until well blended.

  4. Spoon mixture in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan

  6. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
