Healthy Mexican Taco Meat - 4oz servings. This is a pretty spicy mixture. If you don't like it spicy, leave out the jalapeno's and paprika.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy SPICY Mexican Taco Meat - 4oz servings

20 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
3 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 onion Yellow Onion
3 medium raw Tomato Roma
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 tbsp Paprika
1 serving, raw Cilantro
3 clove Garlic
4 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Coriander Leaf, Dried
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Healthy SPICY Mexican Taco Meat - 4oz servings

  1. Chop all ingredients ahead of time.

  2. Heat Olive Oil (or leave it out)

  3. Add onions and cook for 1 minute

  4. Add turkey meat and cook for about 5 minutes or until brown

  5. Add peppers, tomatoes, and spices. Cook mixture on high heat until peppers and tomatoes begin to cook down, about 5 to 10 minutes.

  6. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken.
